After having a brief retirement last season, LaMarcus Aldridge will be back on NBA court. The seven-time NBA All-Star has agreed to sign a one-year, $2.6 million deal with the Brooklyn Nets.
Aldridge played five games with the Nets last season averaging 12.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.2 blocks per game.
The 6’11 big man suddenly announced his retirement five months ago after being diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat. He received medical clearance to return to playing professional basketball this September.
Aldridge will enter his 16th NBA season this year.
