The Los Angeles Lakers are currently 22-23 as of this writing and they are desperately searching for roster moves that will help improve their team.
The team were reportedly looking to add another scorer to their team via trade. The latest, Lakers trying to get Jerami Grant.
According to Marc Stein, the Lakers have offered Talen Horton -Tucker, Kendrick Nunn, a 2027 first round pick for Detroit Pistons’ star Jerami Grant and another player but the Pistons declined.
Grant is averaging 20.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game this season but shot a poor 41% from the field and 33% from behind the arc. Shooting wise, He and Russell Westbrook have the same shooting percentages.
Horton-Tucker is averaging 10.9 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists on a 42/25/28 shooting splits. The 21-year old just signed a 3-year deal worth $32 million last summer. Nunn, on the other hand, has yet to play a game for the Lakers.
