Sochan was referring to a play where Nuggets’ star Nikola Jokic was called for an offensive foul. James deflected the ball from Jokic and sold the contact in a lose ball battle.
Lakers’ fans quickly responded to the tweet and immediately destroyed the Spurs rookie.

Sochan was the Spurs’ 9th pick in the 2022 NBA draft and was named to All-Rookie Second Team. He averaged 11 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game on 45/25/70 shooting splits.
