Max Kellerman Compares LeBron James To Scottie Pippen: “LeBron Reminds Me Of A Blown-Up Version Of Scottie Pippen”

Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen made some statements and claims against his former teammate Michael Jordan.

Pippen was very vocal of his disappointment about how he and his Bulls’ teammates were portrayed in “The Last Dance’. The six-time NBA champion also claimed that Jordan used the hit documentary to show that he’s still greater than the Lakers’ superstar LeBron James.

On the recent episode of KJM’s show, Scottie Pippen’s latest comments on Michael Jordan and The Last Dance were discussed by Keyshawn Johnson, Jay Williams and Max Kellerman alongside David Kaplan.

Kellerman said that he sees LeBron as a blown-up version of Scottie Pippen.

“I’ve always thought LeBron is like a puffed-up Pippen. LeBron is a point forward. Pippen was an early prototype of a scoring, defending, point forward who could run your offense; he was an excellent passer, not a great shooter. Like, in many respects, LeBron reminds me of a blown-up version of Scottie Pippen. And Pippen maybe identifies when he sees LeBron, ‘that’s some version of me,’ and refers that to Jordan or uses that as a proxy to hit Jordan over the head with.”

Kellerman compared Pippen’s game to LeBron which he thought were very similar citing both player’s all-around game except being a great shooter.

Kellerman added that the very reason why Pippen were throwing shots against his former teammate is Pippen sees himself on LeBron James which whom many considered as the closest competitor of Jordan in the GOAT conversation.
